Colliers to launch Real Estate Index

Real estate consulting company Colliers International announced it will launch, at the end of this month, the first real estate index in Romania. Bucharest Real Estate Index (BREI), will monitor the evolution of flat prices in Bucharest.
Along with the BREI index, the company will launch a virtual stock exchange, in order for people to become familiar with investments in this market.
''Our intention through this index is to provide those interested in this dynamic market an objective analysis index of price evolution and future trends,'' stated Ilina Paun, head of Residential Department, within the consulting company.
