Deutsche Bank real estate subsidiary undertakes EUR 340 million project

RREEF Real Estate, part of Deutsche Bank group, has undertaken a EUR 340 million real estate project in Bucharest. The project includes the Upground residential complex and two office buildings. The deal is seen as one of largest ever in the local market.
Ioannis Papalekas, the project’s developer and representative of the seller, will participate as RREEF partner, with 22%.
