Turkish Pelican Com sells 50% of apartments in Atlantis Residence complex

Turkish real estate developer Pelican Com sold 50% of apartments in the Atlantis Residence complex in Bucharest, six months before the project's finalization, the company said. One in three buyers is a foreign citizen, the company noted.
Atlantis is Pelican Com's first investment in the local residential market.
The complex is comprised of 134 apartments. The average sale price is EUR 1,550 per square meters, excluding VAT.
